India-Based Payments

Thewritix does not store credit card or banking details on its servers.

Payment Terms

Advance Payment Requirement

Work on a project begins only after payment confirmation.

Clients are required to make either:

• 50% payment in advance, or
• A mutually agreed partial advance payment

This ensures timely allocation of a qualified subject expert to the project.

Milestone Payments for Long-Term Projects

For long-term or large-scale academic projects such as:

• PhD dissertations
• Doctoral theses
• Extensive research reports
• Multi-chapter academic projects

We may offer milestone-based payment plans.

Milestone schedules are defined and agreed upon before project initiation.

Project Confirmation

An order is considered officially confirmed once:

• Project requirements are finalized
• Payment (full or agreed advance) is received
• Confirmation is sent by Thewritix

Work on the project will commence only after these conditions are fulfilled.

Invoicing and Receipts

Upon successful payment, clients will receive an official invoice or payment receipt via email.

If required, we can also provide:

• GST-compliant invoices (for India-based clients)
• Customized invoices with project descriptions
• Corporate billing documentation

Failed or Delayed Payments

If a payment fails, is declined, or is delayed:

• The project may be temporarily paused

• Work will resume only after payment confirmation

Refunds

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
